Ralph Lauren is another great supporter of breast cancer awareness. They have the Pink Pony Zipfront sweater that is comfy, darling, raises money for a cure, and an absolute necessary addition to everyone's wardrobe. You can buy it here. They have other styles and t-shirts - including girls and mens options - here.
My favorite cups of all time came from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. They currently sell the medium, tall, and pink ones. The little guys aren't in stock this year.
Bed, Bath, and Beyond never fails when it comes to October breast cancer awareness pride. This is their display right now:
Four sides of awesome! Pins, cups, magnets, tea kettles, Kitchen-Aids, pans, stickers, GPS, frames, dish scrubbers, etc. So much! I definitely purchased some items last week and have many items I bought here in years past. I will show some of my favorites later this week.
Cameo - who just had her second baby but her first little girl, Lucy - made this for me a few years ago. I hang it on my door for 11 months of the year. During Christmas I hang it on my tree. I love the breast cancer flare it adds to my room and my Christmas tree! Thanks Cam!
Tweezerman tweezers are by far THE BEST TWEEZERS in the whole, wide, entire, ginormous universe. They are amazing. They are even more amazing in Breast Cancer Awareness versions. I don't own one, of course I own three - even though they have a lifetime guarantee.
Today's breast cancer awareness item is not actually tangible but something I seriously love. When I first came to BYU, I decided to start summer term so I moved to Provo 2 weeks after high school. The first person I met was Ashton Y. Epps. We (along with Jessica) fell in tender sweet roommate love and I still love her hard core to this day - except now she is Ashton E. Swank. Ashton is the fabulous woman behindSomething Swanky. She is an expert dessert maker, dessert blogger, and blog designer. She called me a couple of months ago to inform me that my blog needed a makeover and she needed my username and password. I, without any hesitation, gave her this information and she created the gorgeous breast cancer blog design you see right now. Thank you Ashton!
I really enjoy tennis but I am not talented in it (just ask Hannah Watkins, Jessica Foust, or my BYU tennis class). My grandmother was however, a wonderful tennis player. I only remember playing with her once but I remember her always talking about it. Most of the Bennett clan learned the art of tennis from my great-grandpa whom grammy always effectionately referred to as, "daddy." With that being said, this is of course my tennis gear:
Ahhh, nothing like bringing together two of my loves - Breast Cancer Awareness month and nail polish. OPI has done a fantastic job every year making a uniquely pink color their breast cancer awareness nail polish color choice. Essie has gotten on board as well. Almost as cute as the colors are the names(from left to right): Pink Shatter, Raise Awareness, I Think in Pink, and Pink of Hearts. I also have the greatest crystal nail polish on earth that just so happens to be for BC awareness as well!
